chromecast：hdmi+rcaでバッチリ

chromecastをオーディオで楽しむ

知人が「chromecastが安くて、面白い！」というので、
早速、amazonでポチりました(^o^)v

WoooのHDMI端子に突っ込んで早速セットアップ。

アプリを入れ、
chromecastを識別し、
wifiに接続させ、
最新版にアップデートしたら完成！

しか～し、音はWoooのスピーカーからしか出せません(T_T)
WoooはHDMI入力された音声は、
RCA端子から出力（モニタ音声出力）できない仕様です。
※デジタルTVでは共通のようです。

ということで、google先生に相談です。
で、いいモノを見つけました。
Beat-Sonic IF-17
HDMI ⇒ HDMI+RCA音声変換アダプター
またまた、amazonでポチりました(^_^;)

こんな感じで繋ぎます。（電源は不要でした）

ちなみに、chromecastはとても熱を持ちます。

なので、気休めの放熱板（何かに付いてきたレンチです）を敷いてます。

バッチリ！です。
やっぱ、オーディオから音が出ると迫力が違います。
いいね～！

piCorePlayer：Ver 1.16をインストールしてみた

早速、バージョン１．１６をインストール。

イメージファイルをダウンロードし、SDカードに焼き、WebUIで設定する。

特に問題もなく、スカッと完了。
さて、どうなるか楽しみだ(^^)v

piCorePlayer：自動更新できるようになった？

piCorePlayerが自動更新に対応？

先程、piCorePlayerのNewsページを見たら、

Please try the new piCorePlayer1.16.
I'm happy to announce that this will be the last time you will have to burn piCorePlayer to your SD-card, as in the future you can update your system without needing access to your raspberry:
In-situ Update is now possible for future updates.
From the main web page you can now check for newer versions of piCorePlayer and update without having access to your piCorePlayer. So no need for burning SD-cards in the future.
I have made it possible to use this in-situ mechanism for using two older versions of piCorePlayer the 1.15b and 1.15e (now called piCorePlayer1.15bi and piCorePlayer1.15ei).

と掲載されていた。

これって、バージョン1.16にすると、

今後のバージョンアップは自動的行ってくれるってことかな。

すっごく便利になるみたい。
